In short
How does Gyne predict my period?
Gyne starts with your cycle history and shows your next period as a range of days, not a single date. As you log, the range gets narrower. When something you log can shift your cycle, like stress, illness or travel, Gyne asks a short question, moves the range and explains why in one line.
What you get
Cycle ring and calendar
See your period, fertile window and today at a glance, with past cycles always in view.
Honest predictions
A range that sharpens as you log, so a late period doesn't set off false alarms.
Late-period help
What to check, when to take a test and when to call your doctor.
Phase guide
What your current phase usually means for energy, mood, hunger and workouts.
Pain and heavy bleeding checks
Practical relief steps after a painful day, and a check when bleeding looks heavy.
PMS and mood patterns
If the same symptoms keep coming back before your period, Gyne shows you the pattern.
Ask & Adapt in action
Your period is three days late and you logged a stressful week. Gyne asks if you've taken a pregnancy test. You log a negative one, and your window moves to days 46–55, with the reason written out.
When to call a doctor
If you log very heavy bleeding, severe pain or bleeding that worries you, Gyne tells you plainly when it's time to contact a doctor.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my period late?
Common reasons include stress, illness, travel, weight change, hard exercise, breastfeeding, PCOS, thyroid problems and pregnancy. If there's any chance you're pregnant, take a test. If your period stays away for three months, talk to a doctor.
How accurate are period predictions?
No app can predict a period to the day, because cycles naturally vary. That's why Gyne shows a range and narrows it as you log. The more you track, the closer it gets to your own rhythm.
What counts as a normal cycle length?
For adults, cycles usually last between 21 and 35 days, counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. A period usually lasts 2 to 7 days.
Can I hide things I don't want to track?
Yes. You can hide any log section and add it back later, so your log only shows what matters to you.
